Philippines, the country that shines like the smile of its people!

It's always great to see familiar faces, this time Renke is here in Manila waiting for me! Oh Manila, this traffic of yours! When you order a Grab (the Asian Uber) you have to know that they are never on time, traffic is hell in here, so they are always late! Going around Manila and eating delicious food, you can not ask for more. One night was enough for us, so we departed to our first destination, Palawan island, oh yeah finally some beach time! Our flight arrived to Puerto Princesa, and our first encounter with the famous tricycles was great! These tricycles are amazing, you get everywhere on them and there are thousands of them around. Of course you need to always negotiate the price, they will always charge you the triple! We didn't stop in Pto Princesa, we drove straight to Port Barton, tiny little town, where there is no electricity and water during the day. Singapore, the city where buildings can touch the sky!

What to say about this country? You just feel like an ant in between huge, modern buildings. If Malaysia was modern, Singapore is even more modern. It's an impressive city, with nothing similar to the rest of Asia. Also it is a very very expensive city, which of course for a backpacker it's not very good. It was long time since I last partied, so this was a 4 days of enjoying nice time with a great friend, we always meet somewhere around the world and have a great time together, thank you my friend for showing me a great time in Singapore, I'm definitely coming back soon! I also was so lucky to meet again my new friend from Singapore, she took me on an amazing walking tour around the city, eating amazing things and enjoying a great day around the city, discovering amazing things in great company! A city with a mixture of cultures, you can be in one moment walking in Chinatown and in the next street walking around little india. ...
